Ingredients:

        16 terrific teachers
        7 solid buildings
        1 crisp playing field
        646 eyes to open
        1 lucky Principal
        tall trees for shade
        330 hearts and souls
        a pinch of enthusiasm
        kilos of encouragement
        tonnes of love

Method:  

1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Use the 14 rooms of colour to shape, knead and mould the 323 kids.
3. Leave to rise and expand in the open air in the shade of the tall trees on the crisp green field.
4. Over time add grains of wisdom, seeds of interest and allow roots to grow.
5. Guide gently toward the future, adding opportunities along the way.
6. Bake slowly until ready to move on.
